Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
Should you cancel a registration with less then 10 working days notice, we
reserve the right to charge a 25% cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs
with fewer then 5 days notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Although in such cases we would be happy to substitute your attendance with
another colleague.
No shows on the dates of the workshops are still liable
for the full payment. This clause also applies where we have received your
registration form, invoice you and are awaiting your payment.
Classroom Training
Registration at 8:30, workshops commence 9:00.
Price includes delegates reference manual and 30 days e-mail support.
Online Training
Online workshops are given 3 months access from the date your log on details are
emailed to you.
