- Take N3 to PMB
- Take M13 / Sherwood / Mayville off ramp
- Turn right and follow road under freeway
- Go past Challenge, and the Engen Garage
- Take Exit 7 / University Rd / Essex Terrace off ramp
- At the bottom of the ramp turn right
- Go under the M13 and take your first left
- Follow the road around and then turn left into Derby Downs Office Park
From PMB
- Take N3 to Durban Bound
- Take M13 / Sherwood / Mayville off ramp
- At the bottom of the off ramp turn left
- Go past Challenge,and the Engen Garage
- Take Exit 7 / University Rd 1 Essex Terrace off ramp
- At the bottom of the ramp turn right
- Go under the M13 and take your first left
- Follow the road around and then turn left into Derby Downs Office Park
From N2 North or South Bound
- Take N3 to Durban Bound off ramp
- Follow directions as per “From PMB”
