CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Alchemex has a CRM strategy with all customers to ensure that certain standards are adhered to. This activity is
initiated two months after the installation takes place. The intention of this activity is to proactively solve
problems and bring these to the attention of the CBP. This activity will take the form of a phone call followed by
periodic e-mails.
Requirements of CBP
In order to qualify as an Alchemex CBP, you will need to:
- Be a “bona fide” organisation operating routinely in the computer software and/or related services industry.
- At all times have at least one employee who is qualified as an Alchemex Certified Professional Consultant.
- Provide a high standard of service and support to Alchemex users.
- Adhere to the recommended retail pricing for software licenses.
- Pay an annual registration fee.
Certification Process of CBP
Each of the following steps need to be completed to become a CBP:
- Review the Alchemex CBP Programme and CBP Agreement.
- Complete the CBP Application Form and to enablement@alchemex.com
- Alchemex will send a tax invoice via email. Once proof of payment is received, the Certification Programme must be completed within 60 days. (In order to ensure the successful take-on of the Alchemex reporting software in client organisations and to maintain professional levels of service for clients and end users, Alchemex requires as a standard condition of contract that at least one employee undergoes Alchemex certification training.) - Receive notification of authorisation approval and Partner Zone password at which stage you can log on the to the Partner Zone to access supporting documents to learn the product market, product positioning and demo.

ALCHEMEX ONLINE ACADEMY SALES
Online training is fast becoming the de facto learning and skills development medium in the software and other
industries. All of our training is available to delegates online via the Online Academy at
www.alchemexacademy.com. CTCs are afforded the opportunity to refer potential delegates to Alchemex online training and
will receive a 20% commission from Alchemex.
ALCHEMEX TRAINING PROMOTIONS
Alchemex regularly offers training promotions in partnership with our CTCs. All promotions are e-mailed through to
Alchemex CTCs one month in advance, providing the ability to participate in the promotion. Participation is voluntary.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When partnering with Alchemex, Alchemex CTCs will be on the inside track for the latest Alchemex education products
and technology. Alchemex CTCs receive priority access to Alchemex product information through e-mail and invitations to
Alchemex local technical training events. All CTC trainers receive a login to the Alchemex Online Academy Trainers zone
where the latest PowerPoint’s and exercises for workshops are available for download.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Alchemex CTCs receive support from the Alchemex and Relationship teams, including the application and renewal
process, Alchemex Certified Training requirements, courseware and the Alchemex CTC Programme requirements. CTCs and
their clients can also make use of the Alchemex forum which supports Alchemex and Excel discussions.
Alchemex undertakes to provide Alchemex CTCs with the latest and most current version of the Alchemex Software and
Excel exercises. The Alchemex strategy focuses us on being at the cutting edge of education in our game, therefore,
upgrades and updates will be made on a continuous basis.

Requirements of CTC
Alchemex CTCs are required to comply with strict criteria to qualify for the Alchemex CTC status.
- The CTC must be a bona fide training organisation
- Certification is required to be renewed each year and a fee is applicable
- Compliance with Alchemex training room requirements (listed below) is non-negotiable
- CTC trainers need to have the trainer pre-requisites (listed below) and complete the Trainers’ Induction Programme
- Certification is required to be completed within three months of signing the CTC contract
- On the first of every month, CTCs are required to submit our standard Training Feedback Report
- All CTCs are required to charge the training rate as set by Alchemex

CTC TRAINING ROOM REQUIREMENTS
- 6 - 10 PC’s in excellent working order with the following minimum specifications:

TRAINERS’ PRE-REQUISITES TO PRESENTING THE COURSES:
All CTCs will need to have a minimum of one Alchemex Certified Professional Trainer at all times. In order to qualify
as an Alchemex Certified Professional Trainer, a trainer must have the following prerequisites and complete the
Certified Professional Trainer certification process below:

Before we can start the process of getting your trainers Accredited to train the Alchemex courses, it is required
that trainers complete our Evaluation form to assess their skills. This will be sent through to the trainer once we
have received your CTC application form.
Once the proposed trainer has successfully completed the Evaluation, he/she will be given access to the required
online Course and Assessment. Upon successfully completing these, the proposed trainer will be required to attend a 1
day trainer induction programme for the relevant workshop(s) they will be training.
Certification Process of CTC
- Ensure your company complies with all CTC requirements above
- Sign the CTC Application form and e-mail this to eos@alchemex.com
- An Alchemex Relationship Manager will then contact you to discuss your application and inform you as to whether your application was successful
- If your application is successful the relationship manager will send you a copy of the signed CTC agreement and arrange your trainer’s certification process. (Please note you will only be allowed to purchase manuals once your trainer is certified.)
- Alchemex will send you your Welcome pack and your details will be uploaded to the Alchemex Website
Please Note: Alchemex require that your certification is completed within three months of signing the CTC contract.

Requirements of CP
In order to undertake the process of becoming an Alchemex Certified Professional, the following
pre-requisites are necessary:
- An understanding of Relational Databases
- Basic use of ODBC drivers and DSN’s
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
- A general understanding of business practices and the ability to translate requests into meaningful information
- A good understanding and navigation of Excel at an intermediate level
It is then required that the delegate undertake the Alchemex Certified Consultant training course,
aimed at taking each delegate from a very basic starting point right through to writing complex Alchemex
reports. The delegate will then obtain his/her Alchemex Certified Consultant certification.
This course includes the following areas:

- 6 Week Correspondence Course which includes:

Certification Process of CP
The certification process is hands on. The Alchemex Skills Development team will work with the delegate
to complete each step in the certification process. You are in constant email contact with your Skills
Development team mentor.
The certification process flow is detailed below:
- Course information is sent to anyone interested in the Certification programme, including the course registration form, which must be completed by the delegate & sent to Alchemex.
- Alchemex invoices the delegate and, upon receipt of payment, the delegate is activated for Alchemex Consultant Certification on the Alchemex Academy and receives all the necessary access codes and serialisation details from our Skills Development Team via email. This information allows the delegate to begin the Certification Course.
- The certification process begins with each delegate completing a set of pre-assessments, allowing the Skills Development team to understand the level of mentorship that each delegate will require. Upon submission of the pre-assessments the delegate is enrolled for the remainder of the course and is advised via email on how to access the various areas of the course.
- The delegate continues with the course and submits his/her assessments to the Skills Development moderators via the Alchemex Academy.
- Once the delegate has completed all areas of the course successfully, they will be qualified as an Alchemex Certified Professional and will be given access to all the perks as detailed above.
